Can you paint with all the colors in the wind?

Fall is here!! If Idaho doesn't have anything to keep us busy at least it has all the season through out the year some days right now it can be as cold as the low thirty's but today it was nice it was 75 degrees so we just had to get out and play in our front yard with the neighbors Mr. Jack and Miss. Maddie.Vance was so funny he thought when i said jump in the leaves he was supposed to jump beside them. The leaves are all such pretty colors reds and yellows and oranges i guess Pocahontas really knew what she was talking about when she sang "Paint with all the colors in the wind" Because when that wind gets going it really is something nice to look at!

Vance had loads of fun going trick or treating or as he would just say at the door "NANNY" (candy). As you can tell we changed his costume which fit him just right he was a pirate. We hope everyone had a happy and safe Halloween!!!

Trip back home!!

We are back home after two wonderful weeks in Alamogordo New Mexico visiting all of our great family. We had so much fun we never thought we missed it so much until we came back to Idaho.
We loved seeing all of our family. We went to an apple festival with my parents and then that same weekend went to a night club with Chris' parents that was so much fun!! The best part of the whole trip was watching Vance bond with all his family I still would have to say he bonds the best with his grandpas and his uncles. He calls my Grandpa "PIPA" ha ha we have no idea where he got that and he calls my dad "PAPO" he calls Chris' dad "Papa" and Chris' grandpa "POPO" poor little guy has a different name for them all. But he loved it there so much there was a lot for him to do and get into. His new favorite thing to do is play with trucks and he calls everything trucks including cars and motorcycles. We thought he was going to be bad from being so so spoiled but he is back into his routine sleeping in his own bed and going to school like he was never away all he said was bye mommy and walked away no kiss no nothing :( but we are still trying to get him away from cokes and nanny(candy) darn those grandparents ha ha but that's what grandparents do. costume birthday party!!!

Last night was Vance's best buddy Weston's 2nd birthday. Vance dressed up as one of the munchkins of of the wizard of oz. I tried with the costume but it really didn't come out how i wanted it to. but here are a few pictures.

It has really taken Vance some time to get along with Marley. But know that he has they are inseparable!!! Even this evening i put Vance to bed and he was mad at me he was screaming and hitting his door and Marley would just stare at me like hey ok lets go get him and when i wouldn't Marley went and waited at Vances door kind of a im here she just wont let me help you haha it was to cute!!

i know it has been forever since our last post. But since Vance has started school he has been doing really well he listens a little better and talks alot more. We finally got a dog for him his name is Marley and he is a pure bred boxer. They get along so great! Marley follows Vance anywhere he goes and is already protective of him even though Vance likes to hit him with things. But on the other hand Vance is pretty protective of him as well.
